Hey everyone my name is Toni and I am the face behind Red Carpet Mama and my main blog, A Daily Dose of Toni. What in the world made yours truly here go a little insane and start a second blog (I mean really who can keep up with one blog let alone two right)? Well, let me just tell you…
I have always had a love affair with entertainment. Going to movies, watching television shows, screaming at concerts, reading celebrity gossip…you get my drift. Entertainment has always played a big part of my life. I had the opportunity of a lifetime when I was invited to attend the invite only red carpet premiere and after party in LA for the movie Due Date. After hanging with, and taking photos of course, with celebrities and seeing what the red carpet fuss was all about, I knew instantly this idea I had brewing for an entertainment site MUST become a reality…in came Red Carpet Mama!
Red Carpet Mama was the place I could share everything entertainment. I shared the idea with a very close friend of mine, and talked of doing a group blog. My sweet friend is one busy lady and didn’t have the time but was by far my biggest cheerleader. Another group venture was talked about but that didn’t work out either so off I set to finish what I started and officially launched Red Carpet Mama in May 2011. Since entertainment is a bit of an addiction of mine and I am constantly reading the US Weekly app on my iPhone quite often, I set my mind and started the blog you are now on, all on my own.
This baby I had been building up from idea to actuality, for about 2 years, was FINALLY getting started. Being the smart girl that I am (or possibly learning from past mistakes) I went ahead and secured my twitter and facebook so all that was left to do was start gabbing.
I know it’s going to be a long road to getting it out there and people reading but I would love your help in spreading the word about Red Carpet Mama! So please, subscribe that way I feel like someone is reading my stuff. I don’t want be lonely on twitter (@RedCarpetMama) and facebook (Redcarpetmama) either!
